Gabriel Bogantes

Gabriel Bogantes is an IAM Operations Analyst at Equifax Costa Rica since August 2022, providing support for the Saviynt and Access Manager tools in Identity Access Management and the CyberArk tool for Privileged Access Management. Gabriel collaborates with a global user base to troubleshoot CyberArk-related issues. Previously, Gabriel served as an Administrative Assistant at TicoShopping.com, managing logistical operations and client communications, and worked as an Assistant of Network’s Office at Universidad de Costa Rica, offering technical support to students and faculty. A brief tenure as a Rental Technician at Vail Resorts involved customer service and equipment management for snow sports. Gabriel is pursuing a degree at Universidad de Costa Rica, expected to graduate in 2023.
