Jose Pablo Mena

Jose Pablo Mena possesses extensive experience in credit collections and customer service, currently serving as a Collections SME/SSGB at Equifax Costa Rica since August 2022. Previously, Jose held various roles at Thomson Reuters from October 2012 to November 2021, including Credit Collections Coordinator and Credit and Collections Specialist, where responsibilities included credit analysis and portfolio management.
