Marcela Lizano

Marcela Lizano is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in employee relations and diversity, equity, and inclusion. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Equifax Costa Rica since October 2022, Marcela previously held the position of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Leader at Hangar Worldwide from November 2020 to December 2022. Prior to that, Marcela worked at Procter & Gamble for nearly 13 years in various roles, including Employee Relations Manager, HR Business Account Manager, F&A Manager, and F&A Associate. Marcela earned a Bachelor Degree in Psychology from Universidad de Costa Rica UCR.
