María José Pernía Toca

Mariana Aguirre currently serves as the Proprietor of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store focusing on organic products for body care and environmental sustainability, since August 2020. Additionally, Mariana holds the position of Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous experience includes owning and managing Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, working as a Nutritionist in a private practice from February 2016 to 2019, and teaching applied mathematics to nutrition and history of food at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana Aguirre obtained a Bachelor's degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México in 2015 and a Diploma in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Anahuac Online in 2020.
