Pooja Menon

Pooja Menon is an experienced professional currently serving as Head of Client Success at Equifax India since August 2018, where responsibilities include overseeing various functions such as Consumer Support B2C, Client Success B2B, Integration Support, Transformation, and customer migration. Prior to this role, Pooja held the position of Assistant Manager at SterlingBackcheck from July 2011 to July 2018 and worked as a Team Coach at WNS Global Services from August 2007 to July 2011. Pooja holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Operations Management and Supervision from ICFAI University (2017-2020) and graduated in Arts from Mahatma Gandhi University (2013-2015). Early education was completed at NS Jr. College, where a High School Diploma in Business/Commerce was obtained (2002-2004).
