Daniel Coutts

Daniel Coutts is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of Learning and Organisational Development for APAC at Equifax, a position held since October 2016. In this role, Daniel leads initiatives aimed at enhancing employee experience through a focus on culture, capability, leadership, and career development. Prior to this, Daniel was a Senior HR Business Partner at Equifax, collaborating closely with senior leadership in the APAC region to provide strategic HR solutions and support global initiatives. Daniel's previous roles include HR Business Partner at Savills Australia & New Zealand, HR Manager at Commonwealth Bank, and various HR positions at Suncorp, CGU, and Lend Lease. Daniel holds a degree in Arts with a focus on Human Resource Management from the University of Sydney.
