Doug Dodds is an executive leader with 25 years of experience in operational excellence and global vendor management. Currently serving as a Vendor Management Leader at Equifax, Doug leads the voice partner relationship across multiple international call centers, overseeing significant annual expenditures and various management activities. Previously, in roles at Verizon Wireless, Doug successfully directed large-scale projects and initiatives that enhanced revenue and operational efficiencies. Doug also holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration from the State University of New York at Delhi and is completing a degree in Communication at The University of Toledo.
