Jane Bourke

Jane Bourke is the current HR Business Partner at Equifax. Jane has over three years of experience in HR, specifically in Talent Management and Industrial Relations.

At Bank of Ireland, Jane was responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the Graduate Recruitment Process, which included liaising with candidates, internal and external stakeholders, from attraction to onboarding. Jane was part of a winning team that won 3 awards from Grad Ireland for best Graduate programme in Financial sector in 2015, 2016 and 2017.

Jane is a highly skilled HR professional with a proven track record in Talent Management and Industrial Relations. Jane is a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to build relationships with employees at all levels. Jane is passionate about their work and committed to providing support and guidance to employees on all HR policies, procedures and practices.

Jane Bourke has a Master's degree in Strategic Management from Technological University Dublin and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Technological University Dublin.
