Joy Menefee

Joy Menefee is an experienced professional with a strong background in strategy, product planning, and Agile methodologies. Currently serving as the Agile Delivery & Shared Services Lead at Equifax since April 2018, Joy is focused on enhancing team performance through Agile best practices. Previously, Joy held the role of Sr. Director of Strategy & Product Planning during Equifax's transformation to the cloud, contributing to executive planning and communication processes. Joy's experience also includes senior roles at PGi, where strategy development for global analyst relations was a key responsibility, and independent consulting with clients such as The Coca-Cola Company and AT&T. With a foundation in engineering and a dual MBA in Operations Management & Strategy from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, Joy has built a diverse career spanning multiple industries.
