Lance Allister

Lance Allister has extensive experience in technology leadership and program management, having held key roles at prominent companies. At Equifax, Lance served as VP of Technology Planning and Execution from September 2020 to March 2025 and previously worked as a Senior Program Manager in various capacities. At IBM, Lance worked as a Senior Cloud Migration Program Manager from March 2022 to December 2024. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Delta Air Lines, where Lance held multiple management and program manager roles focusing on CORE technology ticketing, revenue pipeline, and governance. Lance's career began at The Home Depot as a Software Developer and Department Manager. Academically, Lance holds an MBA from West Texas A&M University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Systems Management from San Diego State University.
