Luke Fleming has extensive experience in the field of compensation and payroll, having worked in various positions at different companies since 1996. Currently serving as a Senior Compensation Partner at Equifax, Luke is involved in the planning and implementation of compensation policies and programs. Prior to this, Luke worked as a Payroll Accountant at Pegasystems Inc., responsible for global salary payments, and as a Payroll and HR Supervisor at Metropolitan Properties of America. With a background in accounting and payroll, Luke has a strong foundation in managing various payroll functions and financial responsibilities.
