Melissa Brown has extensive experience in telecommunications and telecom expense management, currently serving as a Telecommunications Engineer at Equifax since February 2007, focusing on IT infrastructure telecom billing management, audit, contract management, and service optimization. Prior to this role, Melissa worked as a Senior Account Manager at Control Point Solutions from October 2003 to January 2007, managing telecom expense management service delivery and ensuring high standards in communications audit and invoice processing.
