Steffan Tsoa-Lee

Steffan Tsoa-Lee is the current Head of Technology Partnerships at Equifax. Steffan has previous experience working as a Senior Director, Client Partner, BFS - APAC at Mindtree, a Director, Strategic Outsourcing Alliances - Asia Pacific at IBM, and a Customer Support & Infrastructure Manager at ING. Steffan has also held positions as a Service Desk Manager - Optus Vision at Optus, a Network Server Administrator - Optus Communications at Logical Solutions, and a DEC / VAX Systems Operator - Civil & Civic at Lend Lease.

Steffan Tsoa-Lee has a background in ITIL v3 Foundation and Project Management Fundamentals from Dimension Data Learning Services and IBM Learning Services, respectively. Steffan also has a management degree from the Australian Institue of Management. Most recently, they completed their MBA in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from the Australian Institute of Business. Steffan also has certification in ITIL v2.0 & v3.0.
