Patrick Hoiby

Patrick Hoiby has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Patrick began their career as a Sales Manager at General Leasing Inc. from February 1988 to December 1989. Patrick then worked as an Assistant Vice President at Associates Commercial Corp. from January 1990 to April 2002. Following that, they served as the Regional Vice President at Financial Federal Credit Inc. from April 2002 to October 2011. In the same year, they co-founded Equify, LLC and assumed roles as the President and later as the Chief Executive Officer. Patrick continues to hold these positions at Equify Financial, LLC, which was formed in 2011. Additionally, in September 2021, they became the Chief Executive Officer of InnovA Technologies.

Patrick Hoiby attended Texas A&M University from 1981 to 1985, where they pursued a degree in Political Science with a focus on Business Administration.
