Marie-Céline Leblanc

Marie-Céline Leblanc has a diverse work experience in the legal and financial sectors. Marie-Céline started their career as a Business Development Trainee at NextStage AM in 2016. Marie-Céline then interned at Scp DGD, a French law firm, in 2017. In 2018, they worked as a Corporate/Private Equity Jurist at D'Ornano + Co., where they focused on corporate legal due-diligences for venture and growth capital operations.

Marie-Céline joined D'Ornano + Co. again in 2020 as a Corporate/Private Equity Jurist, but this time focused on combining financial and legal Transaction Services. In the same year, they also worked as a Customer Success Manager at NovaLend, where they managed customer relationships.

In 2022, Marie-Céline joined Equify as a Legal Expert and then became a Legal Manager & DPO, responsible for equity and stockholder management solutions for European companies. Currently, in 2023, they are working as an Account Manager at Doctrine, a legal intelligence platform that enhances legal analysis through technology.

Marie-Céline Leblanc's education history begins in 2010 when they attended Lycée Saint Elme and obtained their Baccalauréat in Economic & Social, specializing in Mathematics in 2013. Following this, from 2013 to 2015, they pursued their studies in Économie at CPGE, Lycée René Cassin, Bayonne.

In 2015, Marie-Céline Leblanc enrolled at SKEMA Business School for a Master II degree in Business Law & Management, which they successfully completed in 2018. Simultaneously, they pursued a European business law Master's degree at Université du Littoral Côte d'Opale, which they also completed in 2018.

In terms of additional certifications, Marie-Céline Leblanc obtained the MOOC SecNumacadémie from ANSSI - Agence nationale de la sécurité des systèmes d'information in November 2020.
