Anastasia N. has over 12 years of work experience in the tech industry. Anastasia began their career in 2009 as a Customer Analyst at Autodistribution, where they assisted in the collection and consolidation of required information and data, and analyzed the client's target audience, payment behavior, and history. In 2010, they moved to VAB Bank as an Expert (Visa/Mastercard products), resolving and responding to queries or escalations received from cardholders, and answering basic inbound account inquiries. Anastasia then worked as a Freelance Designer from 2012 to 2016, participating in various design projects from concept to completion. In 2016, they joined Mobile Roadie as a Lead Product Manager, responsible for pushing through instrumental projects that led to an increase in key KPIs such as MRR by 20%, Annual Subscription adoption from 3% to 32%, ARPC by 20%, and a decrease of Revenue Churn by 4%. Anastasia then moved to Genome in 2018 as a Product Manager, where they were responsible for planning and executing a product roadmap (MVP and the following versions), and setting up KPIs and tracking them. In 2020, they joined Jooble as a Senior Product Manager, and in 2022, they moved to Equilab as a Product Lead.

Anastasia N. completed their Master's degree in Banking and Financial Support Services at Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics (KNUTE) from 2007 to 2012. Anastasia then attended the Kyiv Academy of Media Arts from 2014 to 2015 to study UX/UI Design. Anastasia has also obtained several certifications, including a Product Strategy certification from Reforge in November 2022, a UX Certificate (UX Research Specialty) from the Nielsen Norman Group in September 2020, a Boston Product Membership from the Boston Product Management Association (BPMA) in September 2019, and a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from the Scrum Alliance in September 2020.
