Grant Shisler

Grant Shisler has had a varied career, beginning in 2009 as a Lifeguard for the City of Upper Arlington. In 2010, they co-owned and operated Paw Pavement, a driveway and parking lot sealing business. In 2014, they worked as a Sales Consultant for Nissan North. In 2015, they served as an Associate Consultant Intern for Bain & Company, and in 2016 they were promoted to Senior Associate Consultant. In 2019, they joined Cox Enterprises as a Cleantech Strategy & Investment Manager, where they led commercial diligence and sector research to support co-leading a $7.5M minority investment in an agricultural fintech business. In 2020, they became a Board Observer for Growers Edge. In 2021, they joined Universe as an M&A, and in 2023 they were appointed General Manager of Equilab.

Grant Shisler earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2016. Prior to that, they attended Upper Arlington High School from 2008 to 2012.
