Andrew Ludwig has a diverse work experience starting in 2014. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Sales Research and Operations Intern at Zerve, where they generated leads for the sales team, estimated potential earnings, and assisted customers with ticket purchases. In 2015, they joined the Japan Exchange and Teaching Program (JET) as an Assistant Language Teacher, promoting internationalization and assisting in foreign language education. From 2017 to the present, Ludwig has been working at Equilar. Andrew began as a Research Analyst Intern, researching and extracting executive compensation data and running SQL queries. Andrew then progressed to roles such as Research Analyst, Senior Research Analyst, and Research Specialist, where they managed a team, contributed to important reports, and played a vital role in expanding the coverage of compensation data. In their current position as Research Manager, Ludwig oversees the day-to-day operations, hiring and training of teams, and manages billing for offshore and onshore teams. Andrew has also led efforts to expand the coverage of compensation and people data for publicly-traded companies in the US and Canada.

Andrew Ludwig attended the University of California, Davis from 2012 to 2014, where they earned their Bachelor's Degree in International Relations and Economics. In 2013, they also briefly studied at the International Christian University. Prior to attending UC Davis, Andrew attended Foothill College from 2010 to 2012, though they did not earn a degree there. In 2017, they obtained a certification in Introduction to Python Bootcamp from General Assembly.
