Lotte van der Stelt - van Limburg Stirum has a strong background in law, finance, and corporate management. With experience as a Corporate M&A Lawyer at De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek and in finance & banking at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, Lotte currently holds the positions of Chief Operating Officer, Director Of Products & Sales, and Product Manager at Equileap. Lotte holds a Master's degree in Finance and Law from Duisenberg School of Finance, a Master's degree in Corporate Law from the University of Amsterdam, and a Bachelor's degree in Law from the same university. Additionally, Lotte studied at Peking University for a brief period in 2012.

Our mission is to close the equality gap in the workforce. As a leading data provider on diversity and equality, we enable responsible investors to make informed decisions. Equileap evaluates companies based on a broad set of diversity & inclusion criteria measuring 19 gender equality criteria, as well as 5 additional criteria on race & ethnicity and LGBTQ+, in the workplace.
