After a severe depression/burnout/bore out 12 years ago, I was forced to really look at who I am and what purpose is here. 

I started an intense research about myself and explored all the unused wishes and desires I had. 

Since then, I have taken courageous steps to create the life I always wanted, not the life that was dictated by the opinions around me.

After having finished several educations on the topic, I am facilitating transitions processes that you are going through. Seeing diseases and accidents as hints in your life that you can use as a stepping stone is the basis of my work.

I am offering 1-to-1 coaching after burnout, depression, disease and accidents. I help you discover how you can benefit from your experiences and create the life you always dreamed of.

Apart from horse-assisted coaching sessions in Northern Holland, I am offering online coaching trajectories that help you design the life you want. 

By combining techniques of positive psychology, Access Consciousness and Effortless coaching, I teach you how you navigate through your new life in a successful manner.
