Oscar Perez

Oscar Perez's work experience includes serving as the Head of People Operations at Equilibrium Energy since 2023. Previously, they held roles at Meta, where they were the Director of DEI Recruiting and Programs from 2022 to 2023, Manager of DEI Recruiting & Programs from 2017 to 2022, and Lead of Diversity Equity Inclusion Recruiting & Programs from 2015 to 2017. Oscar also worked at Teach For America as the Director of Recruitment in 2014, Manager of Latino Engagement and Partnerships from 2013 to 2014, and Manager of Campus Recruitment from 2011 to 2013. Oscar began their career as a 10th Grade English Teacher at Prince George's County Public Schools from 2009 to 2011, and as a Consultant at Lindamood-Bell Learning Processes from 2007 to 2010.

Oscar Perez completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature (British and Commonwealth) from UCLA between 2005 and 2009.
