Lucie and Simone met in 2017 in Martinbotough, the smallest wine village of New Zealand. 
Simone's home is Piedmont Italy. He studied viticulture and oenology in Alba (UMBERTO I STATE HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTE OF ALBA).
Lucie was raised between the cheese Comte and Jura wines. She moved to Paris to study and work in marketing/communication and travelled to Australia and New Zealand before meeting Simone. 
During the lockdown (covid) they decided to start their own wine label EQUILIBRIUM MAKERS
