Andrew Hoculik

Andrew Hoculik is an accomplished programmer and CEO with extensive experience in game development and software engineering. Currently leading Equilibrium Systems, Inc. since February 2016, responsibilities include business development, accounting, and employee management, along with providing programming services for console ports using Unreal Engine and Unity. Andrew served as Principal Software Engineer and Gameplay Technical Lead at Thought Pennies from February 2022 to November 2024, focusing on an online multiplayer project in Unreal Engine 5. Prior experience includes programming roles at Signal Space Lab, PixelNAUTS, Eden Industries Inc., and DrinkBox Studios Inc., where Andrew contributed to notable projects such as "We Happy Few" and "Citizens of Earth." Andrew also has experience in academia, having lectured on Artificial Intelligence at Sheridan College and holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Waterloo.
