Jessica Faria

Jessica Faria has extensive experience in drug safety and pharmacovigilance operations. Jessica is currently a Senior Director at Equillium, Inc., where they oversee the operational management of case processing activities performed by a vendor partner. Prior to this role, they were a Director at Pfizer, where they served as the Vendor Management Lead. Before Pfizer, Jessica worked at The Medicines Company as a Director and Senior Manager in Global Pharmacovigilance, contributing to the development of clinical trial protocols, aggregate safety reports, risk management strategies, and AE reporting responsibilities training. Jessica began their career as a Medical Writer at Merck (formerly Schering-Plough), authoring crucial documents for the Clinical Development process and pharmacovigilance reports. Additionally, Jessica served in various roles at Pfizer, including Safety Surveillance Specialist and Senior Safety Surveillance Associate, where they played a key role in narrative writing, quality oversight, and safety database testing.

Jessica Faria completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Duquesne University between 1995 and 1999.
