Rachel Katz is a skilled Program Associate currently working at Equimundo since September 2022, with previous experience at the Pan American Development Foundation where responsibilities included managing bilingual program implementation in food security, health, and protection. Rachel has a history of designing gender transformative programming, monitoring multi-million dollar budgets, and coordinating communications among donors and partners. Prior roles include contact tracing for Partners In Health during the COVID-19 pandemic, community health promotion with the Peace Corps, and research and advocacy work with several organizations, including Duke Global Health Institute and the Human Rights Coalition. Rachel holds a degree from Duke University and studied Psychology at Universidad de Sevilla.
