Michael J. Smith

Michael J. Smith is the current CEO of Equinauts. Prior to this, they served on the Advisory Board for Outdoor Research from January 2014 to December 2016. From 2013 to 2014, they were the President & CEO and Board Member for Full Circle, a "Farm to Table" eCommerce company that delivered organic produce and groceries to households in Washington, Alaska, Idaho and California. From 2005 to 2010, they were the President & CEO and Board Member for Bag, Borrow or Steal, an early leader in the "shared economy" that garnered significant press and worldwide attention. Michael has also served as a Board Member for REI since January 2002.

Michael J. Smith earned their BBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in Marketing, Statistics and International Business. Michael also attended Benilde-St. Margarets High School.
