Az Shah is a seasoned professional in the field of information security with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Information Cyber Security Risk Analyst at Equiniti since January 2021, Az previously held significant positions such as Senior Information Assurance Manager G7 for the UK government, and Digital Information Security Manager at HM Revenue & Customs. A track record of managing large-scale security implementations, regulatory compliance (ISO 27001), and digital platform security utilizing AWS and Azure is evident. Az has also contributed to security consultancy roles at companies like CGI and EDF Energy, and has a foundational background in software development from DST Systems. A BSc in Computer Science was obtained from the University of Brighton between 1981 and 1985.
