Bruce Helsel joined our Board as a non-executive director in August 2017. He served as head of Mergers & Acquisitions at Wells Fargo & Company until 2015, overseeing the acquisition of more than 60 companies including Wachovia National Bank in 2008.
Bruce has held a range of other executive positions at Northwest Corporation and within Wells Fargo Wholesale Banking Division, and has acquired a broad range of skills from positions held in commercial banking, mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance, and corporate strategy. He holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Yale University and a Master of Business Administration in finance from The George Washington University.
He is currently the managing partner of the Canadian Basketball League in Toronto, Canada.
