Kathryn (“Katie”) Sevcik joined the Equiniti Trust Company Board in 2017 from Wells Fargo Shareowner Services, where she was senior vice president and head of Shareowner Services’ Operations. Katie joined Wells Fargo in 1992 and held a number of senior positions across the Bank before moving to Shareowner Services in 1997 where she played a key role in the development of the Direct Registration System (DRS), chairing the industry DRS Guidelines Committee that determined best practice. She graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor's degree in economics from St. Olaf College, Northfield, Minnesota.
Katie serves as a co-chair of Securities Transfer Association (STA) Operations Processing Committee; director of Shareholder Services Association (SSA); director of Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association’s (SIFMA) Corporate Actions Society. Katie serves on the Thrivent Community Advisory Board – East Metro and is a Twin Cities Part-time Processionals Association charter member.
