Steven Lott

Steven Lott currently serves as the Vice President of Relationship Management at Equiniti since 2023. Prior to this role, Lott held several positions at RGP from April 2014 to March 2022, including Vice President, Global Equity Practice Director, and Lead Partner for Equity Compensation. Additionally, Lott worked as Practice Director at Accretive Solutions from April 2014 to March 2019. Earlier in the career, Lott was employed at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney as Assistant Vice President in Client Management from August 2010 to April 2014 and at Global Shares as Assistant Vice President in Client Management from 2008 to 2010.
