Catherine-Noelle Cu Rivera serves as a Beautycounter Brand Advocate and Impact Scholar since March 2024, while continuing a long-term role at Equinix, where Catherine-Noelle has held multiple key positions since August 2012, including WomenConnect Ambassador, Quality and Governance Senior Manager, and Founder of the interASIANconnect Employee Resource Network. With a focus on racial and social justice, Catherine-Noelle leads initiatives that amplify the Asian and Pacific-Islander community while fostering allyship within the organization. Previous experience includes roles such as Independent Consultant for Rodan + Fields and various legal positions, culminating in leadership at Marvell Semiconductor. Catherine-Noelle holds an Executive MBA from Saint Mary's College of California, a BiMBA from Peking University, and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of California, Riverside.
