Johnnie Wong has over 20 years of experience in IT management and support, currently serving as the Director of the Global Service Desk for Asia Pacific at Equinix since September 2010. In this role, Johnnie has also held positions as Senior Manager and Manager within the same department, focusing on system support for critical business applications related to Sales & Distribution and Operation Management. Prior to Equinix, Johnnie worked at SATO Worldwide as an ERP Analyst - Distribution Lead, specializing in the implementation and support of various Oracle Distribution modules. Johnnie's career began at Hewlett-Packard as a Helpdesk Engineer. Johnnie holds a Bachelor of Information Technology degree from the University of Wollongong and completed studies at Singapore Polytechnic.
