Kayla Spiess

Kayla Spiess is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as Vice President of Global Field and Partner Marketing at Equinix since August 2025. Prior to this role, Kayla was the Chief Marketing Officer at Searce Inc, leading a global team to enhance brand visibility and demand generation. Kayla's extensive career includes significant positions at Google, where responsibilities spanned from Head of North America Partner, Field & Solution Marketing to Partner Development Manager for Google Cloud. Kayla has also held leadership roles at Teknikos, Samsung Electronics America, and Infusion, contributing to strategic marketing initiatives and partnerships within prominent technology sectors. Kayla’s educational background includes a Post Graduate degree in Public Relations from Humber College and a BA Honours in Geography & Environmental Analysis from the University of Guelph.
