Kyle Mullinix

Kyle Mullinix is currently the Senior Director of HR Business Partners for Global Operations and Data Centers at Equinix, leading HR for a diverse portfolio of over 6,000 personnel. Previously, Kyle held significant roles at major companies including Meta, Google, and Microsoft, where they excelled in HR leadership, talent development, and organizational transformation. With a strong background in labor and employment law and employee relations, Kyle has effectively supported business transformations and acquisitions while fostering alignment between business and people strategies. Kyle also possesses ongoing legal education at Seattle University School of Law and has earned an A.A. in Legal Studies and a BA in Social Sciences from Washington State University.
