Leo Solomon is a strategic Product Management leader with over 15 years of experience specializing in data infrastructure, platform integrations, and AI/ML-enabled products at enterprise scale. Currently serving as Product Lead for Enterprise Shared Services at Equinix, Leo previously held roles including Managing Director for M&A Integration & Retail Technologies at Charles Schwab, where successful integration of legacy trading platforms enhanced client experiences during a significant merger. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Supply-Chain Product Manager at Gap, Director of Product Management and PMO at the San Francisco Police Department, Seller Experience Product Owner at StubHub, and Director of Global Operations at BlackRock.
