Malathy Rajathilak

Malathy Rajathilak serves as the Director of Ops Enablement at Equinix since September 2013, having progressed through various leadership roles within the company, including Sr. Manager of Global Operations Enablement and Global Process Manager. Rajathilak has successfully directed transformational programs, led cross-functional teams, and implemented automation solutions resulting in significant time savings. Previously, Rajathilak coordinated projects and improved operational processes while managing a team of engineers at Equinix. Earlier experience includes a senior management role at Nortel Networks. Rajathilak holds a Master of Science in Computer Engineering from California State University, Los Angeles.
