Melissa Kenlay, PMP, SPHR, is a seasoned Human Resource business partner specializing in Mergers & Acquisitions and Employee Engagement. Currently serving as the HR M&A Director at Equinix, they have also held strategic positions at VMware and Pure Storage, where they facilitated organizational alignment and change management during acquisitions. Previously, at Cisco, they excelled as a Program Manager focusing on employee engagement and performance processes, achieving significant improvements in organizational alignment. Melissa is pursuing a BS in Human Development from the University of California, Davis.
