Samuel Ragsdale

Samuel Ragsdale currently serves as Sr. Director of Talent Planning and Performance at Equinix since October 2023. Previously, Ragsdale held the position of Sr. Director of Learning at 3M from January 2020 to July 2023, where Ragsdale transformed learning and development by creating an enterprise learning strategy focused on continuous learning and skills growth. Before that, Ragsdale worked at Microsoft from October 2012 to January 2020, first as Learning Experiences Lead, designing innovative learning tools, and then as Business Operations Manager, managing strategic initiatives for a large organization and overseeing significant structural changes. Additionally, Ragsdale served as Monetization Manager at Microsoft, driving advertising strategies for various platforms. Ragsdale holds a Master's degree in Urban Planning, with a focus on Environmental Planning, from Virginia Commonwealth University, and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science from Ferrum College.
