Shuaib Ayanloye

Shuaib Ayanloye is a Core Network Engineer at Equinix, a position held since October 2024. Previously, Shuaib served as a Transmission Planning Engineer at MainOne from March 2019 to September 2025, where responsibilities included planning and optimizing core, backbone, and metro networks utilizing DWDM/OTN technologies to ensure scalable capacity for regional and international traffic. Shuaib also led network deployments and equipment installations, successfully delivering projects in alignment with technical standards and timelines. Shuaib holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Federal University of Technology Minna, earned between 2011 and 2016.
