Tom Kelly

Tom Kelly is an experienced legal operations professional with a strong background in digital transformation. Currently serving as the Director of Global Legal Operations - Digital Transformation at Equinix since April 2022, Tom has developed and executed enterprise digital strategies for the legal team, enhancing efficiency in legal, contracts, and compliance operations. Prior to Equinix, Tom held various positions at Raytheon Technologies, including Director of Digital Legal Operations, where leadership focused on deploying enterprise solutions to drive value in legal and compliance functions. Tom also served as Senior Manager of Contracts & Supply Chain Business Transformation and Manager of Supply Chain Technology and Master Data, emphasizing process transformation through automation and analytics. Tom began a career in information systems as a co-op at John Hancock and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Northeastern University and an MBA in Management from Bentley University.
