Weslie Ricks, MSHRM, is a skilled professional with extensive experience in designing and implementing global accessibility and inclusion programs. Currently at Equinix, Ricks enhances workplace culture and drives employee engagement through high-impact initiatives. As the Global Disability & Partnerships Program Manager, Ricks leads strategies for disability inclusion and launched a recognized hiring program for people with disabilities.
