Michael Leshets

Michael Leshets is currently the Department Head at Equinom Ltd, where they manage teams involved in analytical development and quality control. They previously served as a Team Leader at SciVac Limited and Emendo Biotherapeutics, focusing on vaccine development and gene editing treatments, respectively. Michael has held various academic roles, including Lecturer in Immunology at The Open University of Israel, and has research expertise demonstrated through positions at the Weizmann Institute of Science and Omrix Biopharmaceuticals. They earned a Ph.D. in Genomic Instability and DNA Repair from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, following an M.Sc. in Immunology and Cancer Research and a B.Sc. in Biotechnology from Hadassah Academic College.
