Arturo Rodriguez Tsouroukdissian

Arturo Rodriguez Tsouroukdissian serves as the Deputy Project Director for Empire Wind 1 and has held positions as Senior Project Manager for Beacon Wind, focusing on both offshore and onshore projects, as well as Technical Manager for California and the US West Coast at Equinor. Prior to this, Arturo contributed as Sr. Offshore Technical Program Manager at GE Renewable Energy, and held various roles including Sr. Offshore Wind R&D Engineer and Technical Leader Coordinator for Offshore Substructures at Alstom Power. Arturo began their career as a Structural Engineer at SNC-Lavallin - CENSA Catalana de Engineria and worked as a researcher at Kinki University and Kobe University in Japan. Educational qualifications include an Executive Project Management degree from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, and a course in Better Commercial Decisions from Harvard Business School.
