Ashley Wilson

Ashley Wilson is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in global payroll, accounting, and tax. Currently serving as the Head of Global Payroll at Equinor since January 2017, Ashley has successfully overseen the implementation of new HRIS systems, including Workday, and upgrades to payroll systems in the US and UK, as well as the introduction of a Brazil payroll system. Previous roles include leading the HR operations team for the Americas and a Global Mobility Specialist at Statoil, where Ashley managed expat support, policy implementation, and compliance for over 1,000 assignees worldwide. Ashley's career spans roles at Baker Hughes and KPMG, with a foundational education in Accounting from Texas A&M University's Mays Business School.
