Connie Lin

Connie Lin is an experienced project leader currently serving at Equinor since February 2018, overseeing technology, digital, and innovation initiatives for US assets as a Scrum master and project manager. Lin excels in stakeholder management, contract negotiations, and implementation of business cases. As a board member at the Houston Arboretum & Nature Center since September 2024, Lin has dedicated over 200 volunteer hours since 2021. Previously, Lin held multiple roles at Statoil from April 2011 to February 2018, including principal consultant in marketing, where responsibilities included managing agreements and developing midstream models, and senior analyst positions focusing on business development and market analysis within the Americas. Earlier experience was gained as an upstream research analyst at Wood Mackenzie, contributing significantly to regional assessments. Educational background includes a Master’s degree in Energy and Mineral Resources from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Texas McCombs School of Business.
