Daniel Maynard

Daniel Maynard is a highly experienced mechanical technician with a career spanning over a decade in the oil and energy sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Mechanical Technician and Mechanical Turnaround Coordinator at Equinor since January 2020, Daniel has played a pivotal role in the planning and execution of significant mechanical turnarounds, including the Mariner A project. Prior to Equinor, Daniel worked with Aker Solutions on the Mariner A project, Teekay on FPSO systems, and Marathon Oil Corporation, where significant contributions included emergency response efforts and technical maintenance. Additional experience includes roles at Petrofac, Brush Turbogenerators, and Alstom Power, where Daniel developed expertise in various mechanical systems and maintenance practices. Daniel is also pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering degree from The Open University, complementing earlier qualifications, including a Higher National Certificate in Mechanical Engineering from Warwickshire College.
