Daniela Leite is currently the VP of Future Operations at Equinor, where they hold global responsibility for operational deliveries on large investment projects and oversee Life Cycle Information for the company. Previously, they served as VP for Corporate Risk, leading the establishment of the corporate risk register and advising on enterprise risk management. Daniela has held various prominent roles in drilling and well engineering, including Drilling and Well Engineering Leader and Lead Drilling Engineer, with significant contributions to major projects in Brazil and the Norwegian Continental Shelf. They began their career as a Well Engineer Intern at Petrobras before progressing through various roles at Schlumberger and Equinor. Daniela earned both a postgraduate degree and a BSc in Petroleum Engineering from Heriot-Watt University and UENF, respectively.
