Dean Earl

Dean Earl is a Senior Engineer in System Operation and Safe Work at Equinor, specializing in 400kV control engineering and emergency response. With prior experience as an Infrastructure Controller at Nexus and a Power Controller for Tyne & Wear Metro/DB Regio, Dean has demonstrated expertise in operations management, risk management, and safety coordination. Dean began their career as an Industrial Electrician at Haden Young and served as an Electrical Foreman at KRS Electrical, showcasing a strong foundation in electrical installations and maintenance. They hold an HNC in Electrical Engineering from Gateshead College.
