Eli Karin Midtun is the Head of Mental Health at Equinor and a Clinical & Organisational Psychologist. They have held various leadership roles at Equinor since 2019, focusing on diversity, inclusion, and mental health. Eli has been with Statoil since 2011, serving as a Principal Engineer and Specialist in Organisational Psychology. Previously, from 2003 to 2010, they were a Senior Consultant and Program Director at AFF v/ Norges Handelshøyskole. Eli earned a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Universitetet i Bergen between 1994 and 1999.
