Emin Khalilov

Emin Khalilov currently serves as the CFO and Head of Finance at Equinor, overseeing Finance and Control in Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan since February 2018. Previously held roles include CFO and Head of Finance, HR, and Business Support at Statoil from 2005 to 2018, where Emin was an active member of the Azerbaijan Management Team and led various financial teams. Earlier experience includes positions such as Senior Financial Adviser and Auditor, with a solid foundation in finance from roles at Technip, Targol Investments, Ernst & Young, and Terencebay United. Emin holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and is a Certified Public Accountant since 2011, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Khazar University.
